So almost 5 weeks have zipped by, guess very little of consequence happened in January!
As can be seen from the title, we’ve
still got no words from ..... Jessica, or Ryan for that matter. I’m
really not sure what will occur first, her ability to put thoughts
(& photos) onto this blog or Ryan moving on from ‘babble, babble,
babble”. I rather think Ryan is the favorite though!
Ryan has been entertaining himself
with the yPad - yes, that’s what we call it, because WHY DO YOU NEED
ANOTHER STUPID APPLE RIPOFF PRODUCT? is too long to put as a title.
He’s having plenty of fun with his Mickey Mouse & Winnie the Pooh
apps, but right now his most fun is gained from Angry Birds - he’s
already better than Jessica - when he fires the birds in the correct
direction of course!
His most recent development was to
discover a way to climb onto the bed, this saw a terrified Poof cat fly
off and run and hide.... I would say he’s got nowhere to hide, but he
can still jump onto the poof perch or go under the bed. Jakey is in a
similar position, but he tends to hide in Ryans room behind the rocking
chair. Jet meanwhile is too dopey to run, though she did object to Ryan
headbutting her.
To be fair he didn’t intend to give
her a “Glasgow kiss”, he leaned in so she could lick his head, which he
finds funny, but he didn’t stop and nutted her instead. He got a paw
slap for his trouble, which made him think a little.
I understand the UK has ground to a
halt under a full 2 inches of snow.... typical! Weather here is fine
though quite a mixture of temperatures. We did have about an inch of
snow a couple of weeks back, and then mid 60s’ temp last week. Winter?
Pah! Didn’t even need a shovel this time.
Ok, well that’s brought everyone up to speed. Hopefully more interesting updates during the coming months.
